Donald Trump maintains that Joe Biden is not up to the task of managing the image of the strong country that the United States must project against nations that represent a risk to their security such as Russia and China.
During an interview with the Fox network, the former president qualified as a serious error the fact that, amidst the tensions facing the whole world, Biden recently declared that the most powerful nation was running out of ammunition to supply its Armed Forces.
“This is the most dangerous time in the history of our country due to weaponry. Nuclear power is so huge. It’s not about two Army tanks going and shooting each other in World War I, World War II, soldiers standing behind a bunker and shooting people. This is destruction.
And we have a man who doesn’t understand what he’s doing. We have a man who… stood up and told the whole world that we don’t have ammunition,” he said..
Immediately afterwards, the aspirant to regain control of the White House clarified that during his administration there was enough weapons and ammunition to face any war conflict, but thanks to the decision of the current president, perhaps that has completely changed.
“Do you know that I had all the munitions buildings filled to the brim three years ago? We have given it all away. But if you gave it all away, terrible. The only thing worse than that is telling the world… You have told China and these other places that are hostile that we don’t have ammunition,” he stressed.
In addition, Trump described the decisions that Biden has made regarding the crimes that they intend to commit to him as a greater risk to national security on the grounds that he removed from the White House some classified documents discovered during an FBI search of his Mar-a-Lago property.
“You speak of classified documents. That is worse than any document you can give. Now some people are sitting in China and other places where they hate us, including North Korea, where I had a very good relationship with Kim Jong Un and kept our country safe, talking about America being out of ammunition. Think about it. How stupid can someone be to say that?” stressed.
