Russian forces previously thwarted an attempted “terrorist attack” carried out by Ukraine using two drones.
The spokeswoman for the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zajarova, described the drone attack in Moscow carried out this Monday by Ukraine as an “act of international terrorism”. She said so in an interview with local media.
Previously, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that Russian forces have thwarted an attempted “terrorist attack” using two drones that were neutralized early Monday morning as they targeted targets in the territory of the city of Moscow.
“Radio electronic warfare means neutralized two crashed Ukrainian UAVs. There are no victims as a result of the terrorist attack frustrated by the kyiv regime”, they specified from the agency.
For his part, the mayor of the Russian capital, Sergei Sobyanin, pointed out that two non-residential buildings in Moscow they were hit by drones. “There is no significant damage or injuries. All the emergency services are working on the scene,” the official said in his Telegram account.
