Moroccan authorities are carrying out tasks to remove debris from roads so that ambulances can reach the affected areas, where there are numerous victims.
At least 820 people have died and another 672 were injured after a strong earthquake shook Morocco last night, the country’s Ministry of the Interior reported this Saturday.
The majority of deaths occurred in Marrakech and five provinces near the epicenter of the earthquake. It is stated that, of the total number of injured, 205 are seriously injured.
