Pakistan stated that India is backing terrorist organizations such as Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and Jamaat-ul-Ahrar (JuA), which is affiliated with ISIS DAISH

At United Nations General Assembly(UNGA) Pakistan claimed that India is promoting state terrorism and deliberately attacking the military and civil population through endorsing these banned terrorist organizations.
On 3 March 2016 Kulbhushan Jadhav an ex-Indian Naval officer was detained in the Balochistan province on grounds of spying and terrorist activities. The caught spy affirmed that he was commissioned by India to spread terrorism, to promote cultural denominationalism.
Kulbhushan Jadhav declared that he was on a mission to jeopardize China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). He affirmed that his country was funding Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) .
BLA is a declared terrorist organization by Pakistan, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
The diplomat addressing the UNGA pointed out that India holds a belligerent attitude towards it’s all neighbors . It has violated Line of Control(LOC) and targets the civilian population residing in near by villages.
India has had cross border clashes with Nepal and recently China.
It was further stated that India is also exercising be bellicose hold in its own country.
Under the Modi rule, the country has come has a Hindutva extremist country which quite blatantly opposes India’s claim of being a secular state.
Modi government is carrying out horrific atrocities against ethnic minorities.
In today’s date, the lockdown in Indian administered Kashmir has exceeded 421 days.
In the United Nations report, there are serious human rights violations being carried out. Pellet guns and rape are being used as a war weapon to suppress Kashmiri people’s freedom.
Jammu and Kashmir are declared disputed territory by the United Nations.
It was further exclaimed that Pakistan stands to affirm against Indian accusations and will continue to advocate human rights of Kashmiri people.
