Last January marked the seventh anniversary of the unfortunate death of singer David Bowie, but his legacy lives on more than ever. He now does it to make it known that he was put up for sale, one of the penthouses located inside the New York building, where he lost his life that fateful January 10, 2016.
The property, which was launched on the market in the fall by $19,900,000 dollarsis currently already in $18,500,000 dollars.
The amount requested is less than the $20,860,000 dollars that the current owner paid, in 2017, for the very nice home.
According to the technical sheet, released by various sites specialized in the sale of real estate, the penthouse has an extension of 5,350 square feetwith six bedrooms, with three full bathrooms and two half bathrooms.
It also has a lobby, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, wine cellar, laundry room, elevator, among other rooms.
Although since 1999 it has housed a total of 30 apartments on its nine floors, in its beginnings the building was the headquarters of the Hawley & Hoop chocolate factory, so it has a very extensive and interesting history.
