Manuel Turizo Zapata, popularly known by his stage name Manuel Turizo, is a Colombian reggaeton singer who was born and raised in Monteria, Colombia. He began his musical career at the age of 13 and rose to fame with his single “Una lady como tu” in 2016.
One of his most recent releases was “The bachata” and it was a total success, becoming a hymn of urban and Latin music. Also, her collaboration with Marshmello called “The meringue”already has more than 17 million views on YouTube just one month after its launch.
The Colombian singer celebrated his 23 years with an impressive video that impressed his followers.
His more than 13 million followers watched the video in which the artist appears inside a sauna, bathed in sweat and with headphones on, while performing his single “El Merengue.”
Turizo put to “fantasise” to all their public, because according to the messages they left in the postthe artist generated many sighs among his followers.
Before devoting himself to music, dreamed of becoming a vetbut with the help and encouragement of her brother, Julian, she began taking music classes, also learning to play the piano, saxophone, guitar, ukulele, and other instruments.
The Colombian artist released his debut album, “ADN”, on August 23, 2019, which featured collaborations with Zion & Lennox, Noriel, Ozuna, Darell, Nicky Jam, Sech and Anuel AA. This album peaked at number eight on the Billboard Hot Latin Albums chart.
In September 2019, Turizo was named the first Latino “global priority edge” by the French streaming service Deezer.
