On July 12, Lucero and Michel Kuri announced that they had decided to end their relationship of more than ten years, which immediately sparked rumors of a possible reconciliation with her ex-husband. Manuel Mijareswith whom he is touring several countries and during his visit to Chile they could not avoid questions about whether they will give themselves a second chance.
It was during a talk with the journalist Pablo Aguilera, who at one point told the interpreter of ‘Soldado del Amor’: “She arrives single.” To which he replied: “She arrives single?, where?, and that?”letting it be seen that he did not know about the news.
To the singer’s surprise, it was his ex who had to rescue him from that uncomfortable question. “Yes but no. People who are single are single and that’s it. I think we are very lucky to have been able to resolve this situation of parting ways and being friends; as modern people say, instead of getting angry, we invoice”mentioned the also actress.
Although in recent days Lucero made it very clear that there is no way for him to return to the father of his children, he did not have the same reaction when asked if there could be a reconciliation with the Mexican businessman of Lebanese descent.
“Oh, I hope, I hope, surely. Because when there are fights it’s already horrible, but I hope so”, the actress also mentioned in a meeting with journalists at the Mexico City International Airport, just when she was preparing to leave for the South American country.
