The actress Lety Calderon celebrated on February 17 a very important date in her life, the 19th birthday of her eldest son, Luciano. On this occasion, the spoiled mother surprised him early in the day.
Through his Instagram, Calderon shared a carousel of videos and a photo to show how she and her youngest son, Carlo, sang “Las Mananitas” to Luciano in their room.
In the first video you can see how Luciano gets excited and joins the song. She went to the bed to hug and congratulate the birthday boy.
“Happy Birthday my love! 19!”, the actress is heard saying.
In the photograph that the actress also posted, Luciano is seen with her, his brother Carlo and their gifts. He received headphones, soccer and basketball balls, and a Batman doll.
“19 years of immense love and joy!”was the caption that Calderon wrote to accompany his post.
Several artists commented on Lety’s publication to send good wishes to her eldest son. Among them, Marjorie de Sousa, whom Luciano calls “the love” of his life.
“Happy Birthday! You are a magical and bright child. We love you Luciano”, the Venezuelan actress wrote to Lety Calderon on Instagram.
Luciano has Down syndrome and that is not an impediment for him to achieve his goals. The actress has repeatedly shared that her son Luciano wants to be independent and that she is preparing him to take that big step.
Lety Calderon has shared moments teaching him to shave himself and how to wash clothes by hand so that he can fend for himself without much problem.
In December 2022, Lety and Luciano showed the “Ventaneando” program images of the apartment to which the young man who turned 19 will move on February 17.
“He has taught me to cook pancakes, to add more love, to see the positive side, to make my bed. What I can say is that I am happy for this mom.”Luciano told at that time.
Although the actress confessed that she is afraid that something will happen to her son Luciano when he becomes independent, she assures that she supports her son in all his decisions and prepares him for when she is not there.
“Of course I’m afraid something will happen to him, but I have to trust and he knows he can count on me for whatever. (…) I also want to prepare it so that tomorrow it will not be so easy for them to abuse it “she said.
