I want them to see me laughing, having fun, partying, telling a joke, making a movie, a TV show. I just didn’t want them to see me with the tubes coming out of me and trying to figure out if I was going to make it.”
Finally, Jamie thanked his daughter Corinne and his sister Deidra Dixon for taking care of him all this time.:” By being quiet, sometimes things get out of hand. Some people say that he was blind, but as you can see, the eyes work just fine. They said I was paralyzed, and I’m not paralyzed. But I went through…I went to hell and back. My road to recovery was also bumpy, but I’m back and ready to work.“…It has been difficult. I have been sick. But now, I have my legs under me, so they’re going to see me come out.”
