The Californian singer Travis Barker 47 years old and who is a couple Kourtney Kardashiandecided to put the Mediterranean-style mansion he owns in the area of Calabasas.
According to the Realtor portal, which was the specialized page that announced the operation, the beautiful property can be rented in $25,000 dollars per month.
The property, which is distributed over two floors and was built in 2006, has an area of 7,000 square feetwith 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.
It is completed by a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, laundry room, balconies, interior patio, garage for two vehicles, among other rooms.
Outside it has a terrace, green areas, swimming pool with its respective spa area, pool house, barbecue area, bar, bonfire, fountains, among other amenities.
In addition to being able to enjoy these spaces, future tenants will also have access to tennis courts, multi-purpose fields, playgrounds, and hiking trails.
