The renowned New York actor Alec Baldwin, 64 years old and who is going through a difficult personal situation after the accident in which he was involved during the filming of the movie ‘Rust’, decided to relax his economic claims and ask for less money from the thought for his imposing and historic mansion in the Hamptons, in New York.
The actor and his family put the property up for sale last September for $29 million dollarsbut the lack of interested parties would have led them to drastically relax their aspirations, since now they are satisfied with receiving $24.9 million dollars.
The property, which dates back to the 1700s, was purchased by Alec Baldwin in 1996, while he was still married to Kim Basinger, from whom he separated in 2002.
According to what was disclosed in the technical file, the residence looks like it did in its best days, having undergone considerable renovations and extensions over the years.
The current house has an extension of about 10,000 square feetwith four bedrooms, five full bathrooms and two half bathrooms.
It also has a lobby, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, cinema room, wine cellar, library, among other rooms.
Outside, on his lot 10 acresfuture residents will be able to enjoy a terrace, extensive green areas, a swimming pool with its respective spa area, an orchard, among other amenities.
