Through a great concert held this weekend at the National Auditorium, The singers Jose Manuel Mijares Moran and Jesus Emmanuel Arturo Acha Martinez celebrated a decade of having started their tour called Two’r Amigos.
For more than two and a half hours, The 10,000 people who attended the show of two of the most emblematic figures of Latin music during the 80s were surprised by the interpretation of their idols.
For both Mijares and Emmanuel, only the sanitary measures imposed during the most critical phase of the Covid-19 pandemic forced them to pause their project. However, the return to normality put them back on stage with redoubled energy to sing, dance and entertain thousands of their fans.
About, Mijares thanked the public for their support by accompanying him and Emmanuel throughout their professional career.
“We want to thank all of you because you have made it possible for us to continue here pestering you for 10 years with Two’r Amigos, because it is not easy to accomplish this. Today is Auditorium number 64 and that is incredible, it could not be possible without your help, without your enthusiasm”, he expressed.
For his part, Emmanuel revealed that the project to reappear before his followers after a long absence was only forecast for a small number of presentations, but given the great response from the public, Two’r Amigos still does not seem to have an expiration date.
“When this tour began, we agreed that it would only be four concerts, but thanks to you, the public and the help of the Almighty, we have been unable to thank you for 10 years”he emphasized.
It should be noted that weeks before celebrating the decade of presentations, Mijares recognized that the success of the project lies in the fact that two true friends take the stage and that is perceived by the public.
“We are forever friends; Since Emmanuel invited me to do his choirs, a great friendship arose. It has been a relationship of respect and admiration, which the spectators recognize and enjoy. with a show of two friends having fun, giving everything that each one can”, he indicated.
