Christopher Nolan he is currently promoting his film “Openheimer”but having directed action films such as “The dark knight” many people have wondered if he would agree to work on the film that began the new saga of the secret agent James Bond; he has been open to proposals.
Being interviewed on the podcast “Happy sad confused” Nolan commented that it would all depend on whether the project came about at the right time: “The influence of those movies on my filmography is embarrassingly evident, so there’s no attempt to evade that. I love James Bond movies. It would be an incredible privilege to make a…It has to be the right time in your creative life where you can express what you want and really dive into something within the proper constraints, because you never want to take something like that and do it wrong.”
Finally, Christopher was very clear that in order to direct such a film they would have to allow him creative freedom.in the same way that they honored his terms for the Batman trilogy that he worked on from 2005 to 2012. “You wouldn’t want to take a movie that isn’t fully committed to what you bring to the table creatively…You would have to be someone really required in terms of bringing the totality of what you bring to a character,” he concluded.
