According to the communicator Carlos Alberto and the Mexican outlet Radio Formula, It was revealed that Pati would have been sued by none other than the Venezuelan actress Gaby Spanic and her sister Daniela Spanic.
But they not only imposed their lawsuit supposedly because of the criticism that the protagonist of “La Usurpadora” received so muchbut also for those received by her sister, Daniela, who were attacked by her ex-partner.
What resulted in both Chapoy, Pedro Sola, Daniel Bisogno, Ricardo Manjarrez receiving an arrest warrant against him for 36 hours, after the acid comments they made against the sisters. This is how Carlos Alberto made it known through a video posted on TikTok.
