The actor opened his heart in front of the public to talk about the loss of his ex-wife, then asked for a minute of silence followed by effusive applause in honor of the actress.
“I appreciate your presence in this difficult moment for me, as you know I had a strong loss from my ex-wife: Mrs. Rebecca Jones, the mother of my son. A talented, strong, charismatic, affectionate woman, a great person. The people who had the opportunity to meet her are not going to deny me, ”she revealed.
“She loved the theater, she loved art, movies, she loved television. She loved her public, she was very engaged,” she added. Then she asked for a minute of silence and applause for “Rebequita”, as he called her. “Well, on Tuesday the 21st, my dear Rebequita ceased to exist and, well, I would like to ask you for a minute of silence and applause for her,” he added.
Rebecca Jones and Alejandro Camacho met in the eighties and got married in 1986 after just over a year of dating. Later, in 1989, their only son was born, Maximilian.
Unfortunately, Rebecca Jones announced in 2011 that she had been separated from Alejandro Camacho for three months, during a talk with the program “The minute that changed my destiny.”
“I believe that marriages of so many years reach a point where it is not because of a lawsuit that you separate, it is not that there was a lawsuit, but it was a time to think about things differently in marriage. . I think neither of us was comfortable, ”she said on that occasion.
