This Monday the dollar begins the weekly session with little change in many of the emerging markets. In Honduras, the US currency shows appreciation although the price remains stable. Today the average is 24.61 lempiras per greenback unit. The price of the dollar remains, on average, between 24.42 and 20.80 lempiras.
In Nicaragua, the dollar is trading today at an average price of 35.94 cordobas per unit of greenback. For the purchase and sale of the dollar, the day’s range moves between 35.94 cordobas and 36 cordobas per dollar, respectively.
In Costa Rica, the dollar loses ground again and is quoted at a price of 640.03 colones per unit of greenback. The trend is negative for the dollar and in the banks the price range of the dollar remains at 639.35 for purchase and 640.70 colones per dollar for sale.
The Dominican peso depreciates against the dollar, appreciates once again and trades at a price of 52.95 DOP per unit. The price for the purchase and sale of the dollar against the Dominican peso is calculated at 52.78 and 53.13 DOP per dollar unit, respectively.
In Venezuela the dollar begins the day in negative, as it had not happened for days or weeks. Today it trades at a price of 7.81 bolivars per dollar unitthe average range is 7.80 and 7.82 Bs per greenback for purchase and sale, respectively.
