    Elon Musk finally seems determined to buy Twitter and close a deal for the original value of the shares that was originally set.

    The initial offer that the same Musk did for the platform set a price of $54.20 per share or $44 billion.which after several weeks of negotiation it seemed that he was no longer willing to pay.

    However, according to sources close to the proceedings, who were quoted by BloombergMusk would have sent a letter to Twitter executives in which he would confirm the purchase of the platform in the original conditions of sale.

    The original proposal to buy Twitter was made by the billionaire last April; however, by July, its legal team reported that it would cancel the operation, alleging “substantial” breaches of clauses in the platform’s contract.

    Musk’s lawyers were referring to the fact that Twitter had refused to provide reliable information on the number of fake accounts on the platform and that this would affect the business and monetization model sought for the social network.
